Abstract
U radu analiziramo ruralni turizam kao pojam, privlačnosti ruralnih područja, te najčešće motive za bavljenjem ruralnim turizmom. Prikazujemo segmente za povećanje kvalitete usluge koji su: komfor smješaja, gastro doživljaj, očuvana autentičnost i mogućnost aktivnog odmora i doživljaja tradicije. Analiziramo listu argumenata i protuargumenata gdje je ruralni turizam prikazan kao strategija lokalnog razvoja. Istraživanje rada se temelji na multifunkcionalnim aktivnostima gdje smo prikazali kako gospodarstvo Ivica i Marica po tom pitanju ima širok spektar aktivnosti što na samom imanju, što u okolici mjesta Karanac, te kako ostala gospodarstva ne smatraju konkurentima, nego s njima surađuju kako bi zajedno osigurali atraktivnost mjesta i ponude.
Abstract (english)
In this paper we analyze rural tourism as a concept, the attractiveness of rural areas and the most common motives for doing rural tourism. We show segments that increase the quality of services, which are: comfort accommodation, culinary experiences, preserved authenticity and the possibility of active rest and to experience traditions. We analyze the list of arguments and counter-arguments where rural tourism is shown as a local development strategy. The research work is based on multifunctional activities where we show how the economy „Ivica i Marica“ have a wide range of activities on the property and in the vicinity of Karanac, as well as other economies that are not considered as competitors, but with them cooperate together to ensure the attractiveness of places and offers
