Abstract
Tvornica ulja Čepin je postrojenje za obradu i preradu namijenjeno za proizvodnju hrane iz sirovina biljnog podrijetla, a nalazi se u Osječko-baranjskoj županiji, na području općine Čepin. Njezina osnovna djelatnost je proizvodnja sirovih i rafiniranih ulja koja se dobivaju preradom suncokreta i uljane repice. Analizom postrojenja s obzirom na najbolje raspoložive tehnike utvrđeno je da se provode najbolje tehnike gospodarenja otpadom. Tehnološke otpadne vode se vode preko dva separatora ulja i masnoća i uređaja za predtretman otpadnih voda te se ispuštaju u prirodni recipijent. Sanitarne vode sakupljaju se zatvorenim vodonepropusnim sustavom i odvode do vodonepropusnih sabirnih jama koje se kontinuirano prazne od strane ovlaštene tvrtke. Analiza otpadne vode nakon pročišćavanja obavlja se četiri puta godišnje od strane ovlaštene tvrtke. Otpad koji nastaje na lokaciji skladišti se u nepropusnim spremnicima, na nepropusnim podlogama i u odgovarajućem skladišnom prostoru, te se predaje ovlaštenim sakupljačima pojedine vrste otpada.
Abstract (english)
Oil factory Čepin is a plant for the treatment and processing intended for production of food from a raw plant origin, and is located in Osijek-Baranja county, in the municipality Čepin. The core of the business is the production of crude and refined oil, which are obtained by processing of sunflower and rapeseed. The analysis of the plant, due to the best available techniques, was determined to implement the best techniques of waste management. Technological wastewater is conducted through two separators oils and fats and equipment for pretreatment of waste water, and is discharged into the natural recipient. Sanitary water is collected in a sealed water-tight system and lead to waterproof sumps that are continuously emptied by an authorized company. Analysis of waste water after treatment is done four times a year by an authorized company. Waste generated at the location is stored in leak-proof containers, the impermeable surfaces and the appropriate storage area, and is delivered to authorized collectors of certain types of waste.
