Abstract
Cilj ovog rada bio je utvrditi utjecaj dodatka lucerne na reproduktivna svojstva krmača crne slavonske svinje, te na proizvodna i klaonička svojstva tovljenika ove pasmine. Prvi dio straživanja proveden je na 20 krmača crne slavonske svinje koje su bile podijeljene u dvije skupine od po 10 krmača. Krmače pokusne skupine dobivale su uz standardni obrok i dodatni obrok zelene lucerne u količini od 5 kg dnevno tijekom razdoblja istraživanja. Drugi dio istraživanja proveden je na 40 tovljenika crne slavonske svinje koji su bili podijeljeni u dvije skupine po 20 komada. Pokusna skupina dobivala je tijekom zadnjih 6 mjeseci tova, uz standardni obrok, još i zelenu lucernu po volji. Veći broj odbite prasadi te veća prosječna težina odbite prasadi kod krmača koje su dobivale zelenu lucernu ukazuje na pozitivan učinak ovog krmiva na sastav i količinu mlijeka. Za svojstva koja u mnogome određuju vrijednost polovice (debljina mišića i slanine, mesnatost) te kvalitetu mišićnog tkiva (boja i sposobnost vezanja vode) utvrđene su statistički značajno bolje vrijednosti kod zaklanih trupova i mišićnog tkiva tovljenika koji su u obroku dobivali zelenu lucernu. Zelena lucerna u obroku pozitivno djeluje na reproduktivna svojstva krmača te na klaonička svojstva zaklanih trupova i tehnološka svojstva mišićnog tkiva crne slavonske svinje.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this study was to determine the effect of alfalfa on reproductive characteristics Black Slavonian pig, and the production and carcass traits of fattening pigs of this breed. The first part of exploring conducted on 20 Black Slavonian pig which were divided into two groups of 10 sows. Sows experimental group treated with the standard meal and additional green alfalfa meal in an amount of 5 kg per day during the study period. The second part of the research was carried out on 40 of Black Slavonian fattening pigs who were divided into two groups of 20 pieces. The experimental group received during the last six months fattening, with a standard meal, even green alfalfa at will. A larger number of weaned piglets and higher average weight of weaned piglets with sows that received the green alfalfa overall positive evaluation of the composition of the feed material and the amount of milk. For properties that largely determine the value of half of (the thickness of the muscle and bacon, conformation) and quality of muscle tissue (color and water holding capacity) resulted in statistically significantly better value of the slaughtered carcass and muscle tissue of fattening pigs that are given the green alfalfa meal. Green alfalfa meal in a positive effect on the reproductive performance of sows and on carcass traits of slaughtered carcasses and technological properties of the muscle tissue of Black Slavonian pigs.
