Abstract
Obiteljsko poljoprivredno gospodarstvo Bokun nalazi se u mjestu Hrastovac a poljoprivredom se bavimo već dugi niz godina Na obiteljskom poljoprivrednom gospodarstvu Bokun čiji sam vlasnik bavimo se proizvodnjom mlijeka. Farma je započela s radom 2008. godine a pasmina koja je zastupljena je simental. Iako genetski nije visoko mliječna pasmina za nju smo se odlučili iz drugih razloga a to su što su otpornije, i daju visokokvalitetnu telad a i sama cijena izlučenih krava je viša u odnosu na holstein goveda. U hranidbi kao osnovna krmiva koristimo: od voluminoznih to su kukuruzna silaža, sijenaža lucerne, sijeno lucerne dok od koncentriranih krmiva kukuruz, ječam i tritikale. Hranidba se obavlja dva puta dnevno mikser prikolicom. Hranu sami proizvodimo na vlastitim poljima što čini jednu olakotnu okolnost u samoj proizvodnji a to je samodostatnost obradivih površina. U posjedu smo 550 ha oranica od čega je nešto vlasništvo a nešto u zakup te oko 60 ha dugotrajnih pašnjaka. Uz proizvodnju mlijeka bavimo se i tovom jer svu mušku telad ostavljamo i tovimo dok žensku ostavljamo za rasplod. Tip izmuzišta koji je zastupljen je riblja kost 2x8 kapaciteta 16 muznih krava, izmuzište je automatizirano i kompjuterski prati litražu svake krave, te sistem pranja samo obavlja.
Abstract (english)
Family farm Bokun is located in Hrastovac and agriculture to deal with for many years on the family farm Bokun I own we are producing milk. The farm began operations in 2008 and the breed was represented Simmental. Although not a high genetic dairy breed for her we decided for other reasons which are as resilient, and deliver high-quality calves and culled cows alone price is higher compared to the Holstein cattle. The feeding of such basic fodder use from bulk to the corn silage, alfalfa pasture, alfalfa hay while of concentrated fodder corn, barley and triticale. Feeding is done twice a day mixer trailer. The food we produce on their own fields which makes a mitigating circumstance in the production and that the self-sufficiency of arable land. We have the 550 hectares of arable land, of which some property and some leased and about 60 hectares of long-term pastures. With milk production we are also fattening because every male calves leave and fatten while women leave for breeding. Type parlors who represented the herringbone 2x8 with 16 dairy cows, milking parlor is automated and computer monitors in liters each cow, and the wash system only performs.
