Abstract
Za modernu proizvodnju kravljeg mlijeka najznačajnija je holštajn-frizijska pasmina goveda. Kako u svijetu tako i u Bosni i Hercegovini ova pasmina se smatra najmlječnijom što uvelike doprinosi većoj proizvodnji mlijeka koje se plasira na tržište samim time i veći prihod. U ovom istraživanju sastavljene su kalkulacije proizvodnje mlijeka na farmi Vita Vi d.o.o. koja broji oko 1000 grla ove visoko mliječne pasmine. Istraživanjem je utvrđeno da uz dobar marketing farme ona može poslovati sa dobitkom, s tim da na dobitak uvelike utječe i državna potpora koja je značajna za ostvarenje tog dobitka. Kalkulacijom proizvodnje mlijeka na farmi Vita Vi utvrđeno je da je ostvaren pozitivan financijski rezultat, s tim što je financijski rezultat u 2014. značajno veći u odnosu na 2015. zbog neisplaćenog dijela državnih potpora i niže prosječne cijene mlijeka(novi kupac). Kalkulacija proizvodnje mlijeka za 2015. godinu dobar je primjer ostvarivanja povoljnijeg financijskog rezultata, uz bolje iskorištenje proizvodnih kapaciteta, gdje je sa 20 muznih grla više u odnosu na 2014. proizvedeno dodatnih 195. 000 litara mlijeka ili 119. 072,00 KM dodatne vrijednosti. Dogovorena cijena mlijeka od 0,63 KM (osnovna cijena) + 0,28 KM (premija) u 2016., uz dobre proizvodne rezultate, pretpostavka su još povoljnijeg financijskog rezultata, ekonomičnosti i rentabilnosti
Abstract (english)
For a modern milk production is the most important Holstein-Friesian cattle. How in the world and in Bosnia and Herzegovina this breed is considered which greatly contributes to increased milk production which is marketed consequently higher income. In this study were made calculations of milk production on the farm Vita Vi, which has about 1000 head of breed. The study found that with good marketing farms it can operate with a gain, with the gain greatly affects the state aid that is crucial to the realization of this gain. Calculation of milk production on the farm Vita Vi determined that there has been a positive financial result, except that the financial result in 2014, significantly higher than in 2015 due to unpaid part of the state aid and lower average price of milk (new customer). Calculation of milk production for 2015 is a good example of achieving better financial results, with better utilization of production capacity, where the 20 dairy cows more than in 2014 produced an additional 195,000 liters of milk or 119 KM 072,00 value-added, and the agreed price of milk 0.63 + 0.28 premium in 2016, financial results, cost-effectiveness and profitability are significantly higher.
