Abstract
Cilj ovoga rada bio je prikazati proizvodna svojstva krava dobivena iz automatiziranog muznog sustava, na primjeru jedne proizvodne skupine. U istraživanje je bile uključeno 403 krave od prve do šeste laktacije, s prosjekom od 180 dana laktacije. Svi proizvodni podaci preuzeti su iz softvera automatiziranog muznog sustava po mužnji po kravi. Prosječan broj mužnji po danu po kravi iznosi je 1,86, sa prosječnom količinom mlijeka po mužnji od 12,0 kg, i trajanjem mužnje od 7,08 minuta. Prosječne vrijednosti prosječnog i maksimalnog protoka mlijeka po četvrtima vimena iznosile su od 0,92 do 0,95 kg/min. Električna vodljivost i količina krvi u mlijeku iznosili su od 4,7 do 4,53 mS/cm, odnosno od 5,70 do 24,52 mg/kg. Krave obuhvaćene istraživanjem imale su zadovoljavajuću proizvodnju, protoke mlijeka te dobre indikatore zdravlja vimena.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this paper was to show the production traits of cows obtained from an automated milking system, on the example of one production group. The study included 403 cows from the first to the sixth lactation, with an average of 180 days in milk. All production data were taken from the software of the automated milking system per milking per cow. The average number of milking’s per day per cow is 1.86, with an average milk yield per milking of 12.0 kg, and a milking duration of 7.08 minutes. The average values of average and maximum milk flow per udder quarters ranged from 0.92 to 0.95 kg/min. The electrical conductivity and the amount of blood in the milk ranged from 4.7 to 4.53 mS/cm, and from 5.70 to 24.52 mg/kg, respectively. The cows included in the study had satisfactory production, milk flows and good udder health indicators.
