Abstract
Istraživanje utjecaja čimbenika sjetve kukuruza, kao što su sklop biljaka, odabir hibrida, brzina gibanja sijačice u sjetvi, sjetva u udvojene redove i sjetva na standardni način, obavljeno je kroz eksploataciju dvije sijačice (MaterMacc Twin Row-2 i PSK4) na dvije lokacije tijekom dvije vegetacijske godine. U istraživanju su korištena tri hibrida: P0023, P0412 i Kamparis. Sjetva je obavljena u tri sjetvena teorijska sklopa pri različitim brzinama sjetve (4, 8 i 12 km h-1). Istraživanje je obavljeno prema ISO normi 7256-1 i 7256-2. Podešavanje optimalnih vrijednosti tehničkih čimbenika sjetve obavljeno je simulacijom na ispitnom stolu. Kod sijačice PSK4 utvrđena je maksimalna razina podtlaka kod ploče n=22 s ø 5,5 mm od 45,58 mbar pri 540 min-1 PVT-a. Najpovoljnija sjetvena ploča za sva tri sjetvena razreda je n=22 s ø 5,5 mm s položajem skidača viška sjemena na oznaci 20. Kod sijačice MaterMacc Twin Row-2 kod sjetvene pločom n=12 s ø 5,5 mm utvrđen je podtlak od 47,13 mbar pri 540 min-1 PVT-a. Sijačice su pri simulaciji ostvarile visoke QFI indekse te se temeljem toga mogu svrstati u grupu vrlo dobrih sijačica. U 2016. godini na pokušalištu Jakšić uočava se nedostatak vlage tijekom kolovoza, a na pokušalištu Klisa u travnju, svibnju, kolovozu, rujnu i listopadu. U 2017. godini na pokušalištu Jakšić zamijećen je nedostatak vlage u lipnju, srpnju i kolovozu, a na pokušalištu Klisa u lipnju i kolovozu. Na pokušalištu Jakšić u 2016. godini u standardnoj sjetvi utvrđen je prosječni sklop od 64 787 biljaka ha-1 s prinosom zrna od 14 140 kg ha-1, a pri sjetvi u udvojene redove ostvaren je sklop od 66 753 biljaka po ha-1 s prinosom od 14 461 kg ha-1. U 2017. godini ostvareni sklopovi biljaka ha-1 bili su slični s prinosom zrna u standardnoj sjetvi od 11 537 kg ha-1, te 12 170 kg ha-1 pri sjetvi u udvojene redove. U obje godine istraživanja na pokušalištu Jakšić u sjetvi u udvojene redove ostvaren je, u usporedbi sa standardnom sjetvom, veći prinos od + 2,21 % (2016. god.) te + 5,20 % (2017. god.). U 2016. godini na pokušalištu Klisa kod standardne sjetve utvrđen je sklop od 65 290 biljaka ha-1 s prinosom od 14 380 kg ha-1. U 2017. godini ostvaren je sklop od 66 641 biljaka ha-1 s prinosom od 11 443 kg ha-1. U 2017. godini sjetvom u udvojene redove ostvaren je sklop od 68 928 biljaka ha-1 s prinosom od 12 132 kg ha-1 ili + 5,67 % više. Sa sjetvom u udvojene redove ostvareni su i veći sklopovi i veći prinosi u obje godine istraživanja.
Abstract (english)
The study of the influence of maize sowing factors, such as set of plants, selection of hybrids, speed in sowing, sowing in twin rows and standard sowing, was performed through the operation of two sowing machines (MaterMacc Twin Row-2 and PSK4) at two locations in two vegetation years. In the study was used three hybrids: P0023, P0412 and Kamparis. Sowing was performed in three sowing theoretical classes at different sowing speeds (4, 8 and 12 km h-1). The research was performed according to ISO standards 7256-1 and 7256-2. The adjustment of the optimal values of technical sowing factors was performed by simulation on the test table. For the PSK4 sowing machine, the maximum vacuum level was determined for the plate n=22 with ø 5.5 mm of 45.58 mbar at 540 min-1 PTO. The most suitable sowing plate for all three sowing theoretical classes is n=22, ø 5.5 mm with the seed remover at mark 20. For the MaterMacc Twin Row-2 sowing machine, for a sowing disc n=12 with ø 5.5 mm, was suitable a vacuum of 47.13 mbar at 540 min-1 PTO. Sowing machines achieved high values of QFI indexes in the simulation and on this basis they can be classified in the group of very good sowing machines. In 2016., at Jakšić experimental field lacked moisture during August, and at experimental field Klisa in April, May, August, September and October. In 2017., the lack of moisture was noticed at Jakšić in June, July and August, and at the Klisa in June and August. At the Jakšić in 2016., an average set of 64 787 plants ha-1 with a grain yield of 14 140 kg ha-1 was determined in standard sowing, and in twin row sowing, with a set of 66 753 plants ha-1 s was achieved yield of 14 461 kg ha-1. In 2017., the sets of plants ha-1 were similar and the grain yield achieved in standard sowing was 11 537 kg ha-1, and 12 170 kg ha-1 in twin row sowing. In both years of research at the Jakšić, in twin row sowing, a higher yield of + 2.21 % (2016.) and + 5.20 % (2017.) was achieved, compared to standard sowing. In 2016., a set of 65 290 plants ha-1 with a yield of 14 380 kg ha-1 was determined at the Klisa in standard sowing. In 2017., a set of 66 641 plants ha-1 was achieved a yield of 11 443 kg ha-1. In 2017., sowing in twin rows resulted in a set of 68 928 plants ha-1 with a yield of 12 132 kg ha-1 or + 5.67 % more. Sowing in twin rows was achieved higher yields in both years of research.
