Abstract
Soja je ratarska kultura koja se uzgaja dugi niz godina, a koristi se u brojne svrhe. Može se koristiti u prehrani ljudi i životinja, u farmaceutskoj i kemijskoj industriji. Soja predstavlja najvažniju uljnu biljku, a proteini soje važni zbog toga što imaju visoku biološku vrijednost. U ovom radu proučavala se usporedba uzgoja soje u ekološkoj i konvencionalnoj poljoprivredi u 2018.godini. Uzgoj soje moguć je i u ekološkoj poljoprivredi uz potrebno znanje i vještine, a također je zastupljena i u konvencionalnoj poljoprivredi. Razlike nisu velike u samoj proizvodnji soje osim što je u ekološkoj poljoprivredi naglasak na ne korištenju agrokemikalija te je u konvencionalnoj poljoprivredi nešto veći prinos.
Abstract (english)
Soybeans are arable crops grown for many years and used for a number of purposes. It may be used in human and animal consumption in a pharmaceutical and chemical industry. Soya represents the most important oil plant and soya proteins are important because of their high biological value. This work has studied the comparison of soya in organic and conventional agriculture in 2018. Soya cultivation is also possible in organic farming with the necessary knowledge and skills, also represented in conventional agriculture. The differences are not high in soybean production except for the fact that organic agriculture focuses on non-agrochemicals, and has a slightly higher yield in conventional farming.
