Abstract
U ovom radu opisan je način provođenja agrotehnke u proizvodnji šećerne repe na poljima gospodartsva "Zečić d.o.o". Analiziran je utjecaj vremenskih prilika na proizovdnju šećerne repe 2020.godine. Provedena je analiza zasijanih površina šećerne repe u RH u peroidu 2010 .- 2020. gdje se vidi očigledan pad proizvodnje šećerne repe sa 25.000 - 30.000ha na 10.000ha što je dovelo do zatvaranja jedne od naših šećerana, odnosno Viro d.d. iz Virovitice. Ostvareni prinos zabilježen u 2020. godini bio je 60 tona korijan šećerne repe (netto) uz sadržaj šećera od 14,5 %. Na gospodarstvu “Zečić d.o.o.“ u 2020 godini dobar prinos korijena šećerne repe ostvaren je zbog povoljnih vremensko/klimatskih uvjeta koji su vladali tijekom vegetacije te zbog primjene pune agrotehnike.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes the method of implementing agrotechnics in the production of sugar beet in the fields of family farm “Zečić d.o.o.“. The impact of weather conditions on sugar beet production in 2020 was analyzed. An analysis of sown areas of sugar beet in the Republic of Croatia in the period 2010. – 2020. was carried out, which shows an obvious decline in sugar beet production from 25,000 - 30,000 ha to 10,000 ha, which led to the closure of one of our sugar factories, ie Viro dd from Virovitica. The realized yield recorded in 2020 was 60 tons of sugar beet root (net) with a sugar content of 14.5 %. On the farm "Zečić doo" in 2020, a good yield of sugar beet roots was achieved due to favorable weather/climatic conditions that prevailed during the vegetation and due to the application of full agricultural techniques.
