Abstract
Diplomski rad prikazuje rezultate primjenom norme HRN EN ISO 16122-3 kod provjere raspršivača Agromehanika ENU – 200. Rad detaljno opisuje uvjeti koje mora zadovoljavati prethodno navedeni raspršivač. Kod tehničkog pregleda vršila se provjera prijenosa snage, crpke, mješača, spremnik tekućine za prskanje, pregledane su mjerne naprave te uređaji za reguliranje, isto tako pregledani su i vodovi tekućine, pročistač, mlaznice te je obavljeno mjerenje volumnog protoka tekućine. U zaključnom djelu rada istraživanje je dalo sljedeće rezultate: mjerenja kapaciteta crpki pokazuju da je crpka Agromehanika BM 65/30 ostvarila prosječni protok tekućine, isto tako navedena crpka istraživanjem ostvarila je i prosječan otklon. Ispitivanje ispravnosti manometra obavljeno je kontrolnim manometrom u 10 ponavljanja i zaključeno je da manometar zadovoljava uvjete tehničke ispravnosti prema normi 16122-3. Ispitivanjem vrijednosti tlaka (bar) na vijencu nosača mlaznica može se zaključiti da mlaznice s lijeve strane koje su bliže dovodnom crijevu crpke imaju nešto veći radni tlak isto tako utvrđeno da i mlaznice s desne strane koje su bliže dovodnom crijevu crpke također ostvaruju veći radni tlak. Kod ispitivanja mlaznica Lecher TR 8002 i Lecher TR 8004 utvrđena je neispravnost kod 4 mlaznice tvrtke Lecher TR 8002 te neispravnost na ukupno 7 mlaznica tvrtke Lecher TR 8004. Tri mlaznice bile su neispravne, jedna je bila začepljena, a tri su imale veći protok. Nakon zamjene neispravnih mlaznica tehnički sustav zadovoljio je minimalne kriterije iz EN 16122-3 te mu je ispitna stanica 001 RH Agrobiotehničkog Fakulteta Osijek izdala uvjerenje o ispravnosti te mu dodijelila znak koji je nalijepljen na vidno mjesto glavnog spremnika škropiva
Abstract (english)
This master thesis represents the results with the use of the norm HRN EN ISO 16122 - 3 when checking the sprayer Agromehanika ENU – 200. It describes in detail the conditions that must be met by the previously mentioned sprayer. During the technical inspection, the transmission of power, pump, mixer, liquid tank was checked. Also, measuring devices and regulating devices were inspected as the fluid lines, purifier, nozzles. Volume of liquid tank flow was also measured. In the conclusion, the research was published in the following results: measuring the capacity of the pumps shows that Agromehanika BM 65/30 pump achieved an average fluid flow, also the mentioned pump achieved an average deviation. Testing the correctness of the manometer was performed with a control manometer in 10 repetitions and it was concluded that the manometer meets the requirements of technical correctness according to the norm 16122 – 3. By examining the pressure value on the nozzle carrier rim, it is concluded that the nozzles on the left side, that are closer to the pump supply hose, have a slightly higher operating pressure. When testing the Lecher TR 8002 and Lecher TR 8004 nozzles, error was found in 4 Lecher TR 8002 nozzles, and also an error was found in total of 7 Lecher 8004 nozzles. Three nozzles were defective, one was conceived and three nozzles had a higher flow. After replacing the defective nozzles, the technical system satisfied the minimum requirements from EN 16122 – 3 and the test station 001 RH of the Faculty of Agrobiotechnology in Osijek, issued it a certificate of correctness and granted it a badge that was pasted on a visible place on the main spray tank.
