Abstract
Cilj ovog istraživačkog rada bio je ustanoviti otpornost tvrdih navarenih prevlaka u zaštiti od trošenja dijelova poljoprivrednih strojeva, zavarenih REL metodom zavarivanja na konstrukcijski čelik oznake S235. Otpornost na trošenje (18 uzoraka mekše i 18 uzoraka tvrđe elektrode) ispitivana je gibanjem pri različitim brzinama u masi abraziva te pri različitim kutovima sudara čestica abraziva i trošene površine. Brzine gibanja iznosile su 1 m/s, 1,75 m/s te 2,5 m/s, dok su kutovi sudara iznosili 30° i 60°. Tvrdo navarivanje je metoda kojom se nanosi tvrdi materijal otporan na trošenje postupkom zavarivanja. Ispitivanje otpornosti tvrdih navarenih prevlaka provedeno je pomoću uređaja za ispitivanje trošenja uzoraka gibanjem u masi abraziva na Fakultetu Agrobiotehničkih znanosti u Osijeku. Najmanji gubitak mase zabilježen je pri najmanjim brzinama gibanja uzoraka koja je iznosila 1 m/s, te pri većem kutu sudara čestica abraziva i trošene povrešine koji je iznosio 60°. Najveći gubitak mase bilježimo pri najvećim brzinama gibanja uzoraka od 2,5 m/s te manjim kutom sudara od 30°.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this research work was to establish the resistance of hard welded coatings in protection against the wear of parts of agricultural machinery, welded by the REL welding method to the structural steel s235. Wear resistance (18 samples of the softer and 18 samples of the harded electrode) were tested by motion at different speeds in the abrasive mass and with two collision angles with the particles of the abrasive mass. The speed of movement amounts to 1 m/s, 1,75 m/s, 2,5 m/s, while angles are 30° and 60°. Hard welding is a method by which a hard, wear – resistant material is applied by welding. The resistance test of hard welded coatings was carried out using a device for testing the wear of samples by motion in a mass of abrasives at the Faculty of Agrobiotehnical sciences in Osijek. The lowest mass loss was recorded at the lowest speed of movement, which was 1 m/s, and at the larger collision angle with the mass of the abrasive particles, which was 60°. The highest mass loss was recorded at the highest speed of movement of 2,5 m/s and a smaller collision angle of 30°.
