Abstract
U ovom završnom radu cilj je proučiti najčešće bolesti luka koje se pojavljuju tijekom proizvodnje. Najčešće bolesti koje se pojavljuju na luku su plamenjača, siva plijesan, bijela trulež, hrđa i snijet luka. Na PIK Vinkovci proizvodnjom luka bave se već dvadeset sedam godina. PIK Vinkovci se koristi sa sustavima navodnjavanja, koji stvaraju optimalne uvjete za razvoj bolesti. Zbog povećane mogućnosti razvoja bolesti preventivno se provodi zaštita. Iako postoji preventivno tretiranje tijekom proizvodnje najčešće se pojavljuje plamenjača. Njena pojava nije neuobičajena s obzirom na to da se navodnjavanjem stvara optimalna vlaga koja pogoduje razvoju konidija. Nakon razvitka zaraze listovi gube čvrstoću, te dolazi do njihovog lomljenja. Listovi postaju svjetlije boje te su savinuti. Osim propadanja nadzemnog dijela, dolazi do propadanja i lukovice. Pravovremenim uočavanjem pojave bolesti može se spriječiti njeno daljnje širenje te tako smanjiti nastanak većih ekonomski šteta. Tretiranje je obavljeno i protiv sive plijesni, purpurne pjegavosti i hrđe. Nakon što se obavi prvo tretiranje ono se ponavlja svakih sedam do deset dana, zbog konstantnog navodnjavanja.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this final paper is to study the most common onion diseases that occur during production. The most common diseases that occur on onions are Plasmopora destructor, Botrytis spp., Sclerotium cepivorum, Puccinia alli, and Urocystis cepulae. Onions have been grown in PIK Vinkovci for twenty-seven years. PIK Irrigation systems are used in Vinkovci, which create optimal conditions for disease development. Due to the increased probability of disease development, preventive protection is carried out. Despite preventive treatment during production, P. destructor occurs most frequently. The occurrence of P. destructor is not uncommon because irrigation creates optimal moisture conditions that favor the development of conidia. After the infection develops, the leaves lose their firmness and break. The leaves become lighter in color and become bent. In addition to the aboveground part of the plant, the bulb also rots. Timely detection of the disease outbreak can prevent further spread of the disease and thus avert greater economic damage. The treatment was also carried out against gray mold, purple spots, and rust. After the first treatment, it is repeated every seven to ten days because of the constant irrigation.
