Abstract
U radu su prikazani rezultati mjerenja protoka (l/min) mlaznica kod deset prskalica u vrijeme redovnog testiranja na području Požeško-slavonske županije u općinama Jakšić, Čaglin i Brestovac. Za mjerenje poprečne distribucije sredstva za zaštitu bilja koristimo dvije metode. U povoljnim vremenskim uvjetima (brzina vjetra manja od 3 m/s) koristi se Spray Scanner. Ukoliko vremenske prilike ne dopuštaju upotrebu prethodno navedenog uređaja provjera se obavlja mjerenjem protoka svake mlaznice. Kod mlaznica s tabličnim protokom ≥ 1 l/min dozvoljena odstupanja između njih iznose 10 %. Provjera protoka obavljena je na 10 prskalica radnih zahvata od 7,5 do 15 m. Od ukupno 195 mlaznica uzetih u obzir u ovom testiranju, odstupanja > 10 % izmjerena su na 29 mlaznica, što je približno 14,87 %. Tijekom ispitivanja zabilježeno je 85,13 % ispravnih mlaznica koje su polučile zadovoljavajuće razine protoka. Temeljem ostvarenih rezultata izdano je uvjerenje te naljepnica kao dokaz ispravnosti za sljedeće tri 3 godine.
Abstract (english)
The paper presents the results of measuring the flow rate (l/min) of the nozzles of ten sprayers during regular testing in the Požega-Slavonia County in the municipalities of Jakšić, Čaglin and Brestovac. We use two methods to measure the transverse distribution of the plant protection product. In favorable weather conditions (wind speed less than 3 m/s) Spray Scanner is used. If the weather conditions do not allow the use of the aforementioned device, the check is performed by measuring the flow of each nozzle. For nozzles with table flow ≥ 1 l/min, the permitted deviations between them are 10%. The flow check was performed on 10 sprayers with working widths from 7.5 to 15 m. Out of a total of 195 nozzles taken into account in this testing, deviations > 10% were measured on 29 nozzles, which is approximately 14.87%. During the test, 85.13% of correct nozzles were recorded, which obtained satisfactory flow levels. On the basis of the achieved results, a certificate and sticker were issued as proof of correctness for the next three 3 years.
