Abstract
U radu su prikazani rezultati testiranja ispravnosti rada tehničkih sustava za zaštitu bilja u sklopu poslovno – tehničke suradnje Zavoda za mehanizaciju Poljoprivrednog fakulteta u Osijeku i poljoprivredne tvrtke Osilovac d.o.o., Feričeva 16, Feričanci. Kod svih strojeva su u vrijeme ispitivanja upotrijebljeni prijenosnici snage koji su na sebi imali adekvatnu zaštitu koja je predviĎena za smanjenje povrede rukovatelja pri radu. Kod 3 raspršivača, utvrĎeno je smanjenje kapaciteta od 2,22% , te je najveće odstupanje utvrĎeno kod raspršivača rukovatelja Pajtl, u iznosu od 8,89% , odnosno potrebni kapacitet nije bio ispod dozvoljene granice koja iznosi 10%. Od ukupno 8 ispitanih manometara, kod 3 manometra utvrĎen je pravilan rad, dok su preostali radili sa greškom, no nakon ispitivanja neadekvatni manometri zamijenjeni su novim. Nakon utvrĎenog kapanja/curenja tekućine na vodovima, sve su obujmice dobro zategnute, te je u potpunosti spriječeno kapanje. Tijekom ispitivanja raspršivačima zabiljeţeno je >50% neispravnih mlaznica, koje su propuštale manju količinu tekućine zbog začepljenja, no tijekom testiranja su u potpunosti uklonjene. Mlaznice kod kojih je utvrĎen veći protok od 10% od tabličnih vrijednosti su zamijenjene novim istih oznaka. Stanje tehničkih sustava za zaštitu bilja prije ispitivanja je bilo izrazito loše, te od ispitivanih strojeva samo dva je moglo zadovoljiti EN 13790, te dobiti naljepnicu o zadovoljavanju minimalnih kriterija. Obzirom da je ispitna stanica 001 RH Poljoprivrednog fakulteta u Osijeku edukativnog karaktera, nakon utvrĎivanja pogrešaka, iste su bile uklonjene od strane mehaničarske sluţbe, te su svi strojevi dobili naljepnicu o zadovoljavanju minimalnih kriterija za kvalitetan rad u periodu od naredne 3 godine.
Abstract (english)
The paper presents the results of a test of correctness of technical systems for protection products within the business - technical cooperation of the Institute for Mechanics, Faculty of Agriculture and agricultural companies Osilovac Ltd., Ferić 16, Feričanci. For all machines during the test are used transmissions forces wich had adequate protection, provided for the operator to reduce injuries at work. In 3 dispensers, it has been found the decrease in capacity of 2.22%, and the maximum deviation found with spray operator PAJTL, amounting to 8.89%, and the necessary capacity has not been below the allowed limit of 10%. Out of a total 8 surveyed manometers, within 3 manometers has been confirmed the right work, while the rest worked with an error, but after tests inadequate manometres have been replaced by new. Once established drip / leakage of fluid to lines, all clamps were made tight, and it completely prevented drip. During the test with dispensers it is recorded> 50% of defective nozzles, which have leaked a small amount of fluid due to clogging, but during the test were completely removed. Nozzles with established larger flow of 10% of tablet values are replaced by new ones of the same designation. Balance of technical systems for plant protection before the test was extremely poor, and of the tested machines only two could meet EN 13790 and get a sticker on meeting minimum criteria. Since the testing station 001 RC Faculty of Agriculture has educational caracter, after determining the error, the same were removed by mechanical service, and all the machines got the label of meeting the minimum criteria for quality work over the next three years.
