Abstract
Cilj rada bio je prikazati osnovne mikroklimatske pokazatelje na farmama za proizvodnju mlijeka. Osnovni čimbenici mikroklime su: temperatura i vlaga zraka, sadržaj štetnih plinova u zraku, brzinu strujanja zraka, prašina u zraku i osvijetljenost objekta. Prilikom procjene mikroklime u staji potrebno je uzeti u obzir različite aspekte, kao što su pasmina, dob, proizvodnja, način držanja, te samo trajanje i intenzitet djelovanja određenog čimbenika mikroklime u staji. Visoko proizvodne mliječne krave su jedna od najugroženijih kategorija stočarskih životinja, te je nepovoljan utjecaj mikroklimatskih parametara kod njih više izražen. Bitno je prilagoditi objekt potrebama krava i klimatskim uvjetima područja na kojem se nalazi. Potrebno je osigurati: dovoljno prostora po kravi, dobru ventilaciju objekta radi smanjenja udjela štetnih plinova u zraku (CO2, NH3 i H2S), koristiti dodatne mjere rashlađivanja (ventilatore, orošivaće, sjenila) tijekom nepovoljnijih klimatskih razdoblja, dovoljno svjetla, kvalitetnu hranidbu i uvijek dostupnu vodu.
Abstract (english)
The aim was to show basic microclimate parameters on farms for milk production. The main factors of the microclimate are: temperature and humidity, content of harmful gases in the air, the speed of air flow, dust in the air and the brightness of the object. When assessing the microclimate in the stables it is necessary to consider various aspects, such as breed, age, production, rearing, and only the duration and intensity of activity specific factors of the microclimate in the stables. High production milk cows are one of the most vulnerable categories of livestock animals, and the adverse effect of microclimatic parameters in them more pronounced. It is important to adapt the facility needs of cows and climatic conditions of the area where it is located. It is necessary to provide: sufficient space per cow, good ventilation facility to reduce the share of harmful gases in the air (CO2, NH3 i H2S), use additional measures cooling (fans, sprayer, blinds) during unfavorable climatic periods, enough light, high-quality nutrition and always water available.
