Abstract
Poljoprivredna zadruga Golijat osnovana je 2007. godine. Lubenica i dinja zauzimaju 5 hektara površine. Lubenica je jednogodišnja kultura koja potječe iz središnje Afrike, a koristi se kao hrana u toplim ljetnim mjesecima. Dinja je kultura koja porijeklo vuče iz Afrike te u proizvodnji zadruge zauzima površinu od 1 hektara. Lubenica i dinja domaćini su velikog broja štetnika i bolesti, koji mogu dovesti do potpunog uništavanja uroda. U 2014. godini na uzorcima uzetim s polja nisu primjećene nikakve bolesti ili štetnici, pa zaštita protiv njih nije provedena. Travni i širokolisni korovi suzbijani su sredstvima „Select“ i „Agil“. Vlasnik je zadovoljan ostvarenim prinosima.
Abstract (english)
Agricultural Cooperative Golijat was founded in 2007. Watermelon and melon occupy five hectares. Watermelon is an annual plant originating from central Africa and is used as food in the hot summer months. Melon is a culture whose origins are from Africa and covers an area of 1 hectare. Watermelon and melon hosts a large number of pests and diseases, which can lead to complete destruction of the crop. In 2014 on samples taken from the field were observed any diseases or pests, and protection against them is not implemented. Herbal and broadleaved weeds are prevented by means of the "Select" and "Agil". The owner is happy with the overall yield.
