Abstract
Radni dijelovi poljoprivredne mehanizacije za obradu tla (alati za obradu tla) izloženi su tijekom eksploatacije trošenju česticama tla koje razara njihovu radnu površinu. U poljoprivrednoj tehnici sve češće se primjenjuju strojevi i kombinirani alati za više operacija, kojima se tlo obrađuje, ravna, sije i valja u jednom prohodu. Pneumatska sijačica „Väderstad Rapid 400“, u izvedbi „S“ i „C“, jedna je od takvih strojeva. U radu je analizirano trošenje diskova tanjurače na sijačici Rapid 400C u eksploataciji tijekom cca. 2 godine i obrađenih 2300 ha. Utvrđen je prosječni gubitak mase od 1,59 kg, odnosno 30,6 % te prosječni gubitak promjera od 9,2 cm, odnosno 16,5 %. Trošenje je uglavnom nastalo mehanizmom abrazije i djelomično mehanizmom tribokorozije materijala. U zaključku je naznačeno nekoliko mjera za zaštitu od trošenja alata za obradu tla.
Abstract (english)
Working parts of agricultural machinery for soil tillage (tillage tools) are exposed during exploitation to abrasive wear by soil particles which destroys their working surfaces. In agricultural technique increasingly applied machinery and combined tools for more operations, where the soil is tilled, straight, shining and roll in one pass. The pneumatic seed drill „Väderstad Rapid 400“, in version „S“ and „C“, is one of such machines. The paper analyzes the wear of disc harrows on seed drill Rapid 400C in operation of approx. 2 years and processed 2300 ha. An average mass loss of 1.59 kg or 30.6 % and an average diameter loss of 9.2 cm or 16.5 % are established. The wear was mainly due to the mechanism of abrasion and partly the mechanism of tribocorrosion of material. In conclusion, several measures for protection against the wear of tillage tools are indicated.
