Abstract
Zadatak ovog istraživanja bio je utvrditi utjecaj određene podloge (Kober 5BB, SO4) na urod grožđa i kvalitetu mošta kod kultivara Sauvignon bijeli. Parametri koje smo proučavali su: urod po biljci odnosno trsu, ukupna količina šećera, ukupna kiselost te pH vrijednost. Istraživanje se provodilo na pokušalištu u Mandićevcu u 2018. godini. Pokus se sastojao od 20 trsova na podlozi Kober 5BB, te 20 trsova na podlozi SO4. Pokusom je utvrđeno kako je urod po trsu veći na podlozi Kober 5BB nego na podlozi SO4, dok su svi ostali parametri ( sadržaj šećera, ukupna kiselost, pH vrijednost) nešto viši na podlozi SO4 u odnosu na podlogu Kober 5BB. Na temelju dobivenih rezultata može se zaključiti da podloge imaju visoko značajan utjecaj na urod po trsu, sadržaj šećera te sadržaj ukupnih pH vrijednosti, dok na ukupnu kiselost nemaju značajan utjecaj.
Abstract (english)
The task of this study was to determine the influence of certain rootstock (Kober 5BB, SO4) on grape yield and must quality on cultivar Sauvignon white. Parameters that we have study are: yield per plant, total sugar, total acidity and pH value. The research was carried out at the experiment field at the location of Mandićevac in 2018. year. The expiriment consisted of 20 plant on the rootstock Kober 5BB, and 20 plants on the SO4 rootstock. The experiment showed that the yield per plant is higer on the Kober 5BB rootstock than on SO4 rootstock, while all others parameters (total sugar, total acidity, pH value) are somewhat on SO4 rootstock than the Kober 5BB rootstock. Based on the obtained results, it can be concluded that the rootstock have a significant effect on the yield per plant, total sugar and the content of the total pH values, while the total acidity does not have a significant effect.
