Abstract
U radu su prikazani rezultati istraživanja mjerenja razine buke pri radu drobilice građevinskog materijala pri radnim i maksimalnim okretajima te pri praznim spremnikom i pri punim spremnikom s različitim vrstama materijala (opeka, beton, asfalt, crijep i mješoviti građevinski materijal). Mjerenje je obavljeno u skladu s normom HRN ISO 6396 i HRN ISO 5131 koje nalažu kako mikrofon mora biti postavljen s lijeve i desne strane rukovatelja drobilice te u odnosu na referentnu točku položaja rukovatelja od sredine glave rukovatelja do razine početka trupa na visini 790 ± 20mm te odmaknut od sredine glave rukovatelja 200 ± 20mm. Najviša razina buke izmjerena je pri punom spremniku betona s lijeve i s desne strane te pri radnim i maksimalnim okretajima, dok je najmanja razina buke izmjerena s lijeve pri radnim i maksimalnim okretajima s praznim spremnikom i s desne strane pri radnim i maksimalnim okretajima s punim spremnikom mješovitog građevinskog materijala. Rukovatelj je izložen ne dopuštenim razinama buke preko 87 dB, s što je negativno za zdravlje istog i može izazvati trajne posljedice.
Abstract (english)
The paper presents the results of the study of the noise level measurement of the building material crusher at work and maximum revolutions, and in the empty container and in a full container with different types of material (bricks, concrete, asphalt, tile and mixed building material). The measurement was performed in accordance with the norms HRN ISO 6396 and HRN ISO 5131 which indicate that the microphone must be placed on the left and right sides of the crusher handler and in relation to the reference point of the operator position from the center of the head of the operator to the hull start up to 790 ± 20mm removed from the center of the head of the operator 200 ± 20mm. The highest noise level was measured at the full concrete tank at the left and the right, at working and maximum revs, while the lowest noise level was measured with the left at working and maximum speeds with the empty tank and the right side at the working and maximum revs with the full tank of mixed construction materials. The operator is exposed to no permissible noise levels above 87 dB, which is negative for the health of the same and can cause permanent consequences.
