Abstract
Trošenje je postupni gubitak materijala s površine krutog tijela uslijed dinamičkog dodira s drugim tijelom, fluidom ili česticama. Ovaj rad bavi se analizom trošenja dijelova opreme za proizvodnju stočne hrane. Među najvažnijim predstavnicima takve opreme su homogenizatori za miješanje mljevene zrnate biljne mase s melasom. U radu su opisane karakteristike odabranog homogenizatora i uvjeti u kojima radi te mehanizmi trošenja kojima su izloženi njegovi pokretni radni dijelovi. Različiti oblici trošenja međusobno se miješaju, ali u svakom trošenju može se raspoznati najdominantniji oblik, koji je i uzrok najštetnijim posljedicama trošenja lopatica homogenizatora. Također je ukazano na moguće nastale štete te su predloženi načini smanjenja trošenja lopatica homogenizatora. U zaključku je ukazano na važnost redovitog servisno-preventivnog održavanja homogenizatora te svakodnevni pregled i kontrolu radnih elemenata izloženih trošenju.
Abstract (english)
Wearing is the gradual loss of material from the surface of the solid body due to the dynamic contact with the other body, fluid or particles. This paper deals with the analysis of wear of parts of equipment for the production of animal feed. Among the most important representatives of such equipment are homogenizers for mixing the milled grain plant mass with molasses. The paper describes the characteristics of the selected homogenizer and the conditions in which it is used, and the mechanisms of wear to which its mobile working parts are exposed. Different forms of wear are mutually intermingled, but in each wear, it is possible to identify the most dominant form, which is also the cause of the most damaging effects on the blades of the homogenizer. It is also pointed out possible damage and proposed ways to reduce the wear of the blades of the homogenizer. The conclusion was drawn to the importance of regular service-preventive maintenance of the homogenizer and daily inspection and control of exposed work items.
