Abstract
Zavod za poljoprivrednu tehniku i obnovljive izvore energije, točnije ispitne stanice 001-RH te 004-RH, u sklopu poslovne suradnje sa tvrtkom Belje d.d., obavile su testiranje prskalica na PJ „BrestovacKaranac“ (dvije John Deere i tri Hardi prskalice). Na svih pet ispitivanih prskalica, postavljene mlaznice odgovaraju ISO standardu te protoka koja je ostvarena odgovara EN 13790. Kod ispitivanih prskalica, crpke imaju odstupanja koja su u dozvoljenom rasponu od 10 %. Odstupanje je također definirano EN 13790, a kapacitet crpke se mjeri elektronskim mjeračem tvrtke „Krohne“. Površinska raspodjela tekućine je najvažnija stavka testiranja, a ona se obavlja pomoću „Spray Scanner“ uređaja. Testiranje površinske raspodjele tekućine donosi konačnu ocjenu kvalitete rada na temelju rezultata koeficijenta varijacije. Koeficijent raspodjele tekućine mora iznositi manje od 20 % kako bi prskalica zadovoljila zahtjeve EN 13790. Nakon obavljenih ispitivanja može se zaključiti da svih pet prskalica zadovoljava kriterije ispravnosti tehničkih sustava u zaštiti bilja te mogu poslužiti kao primjer provođenja dobre prakse na površinama Belja d.d. kao i do sada. Svaka prskalica je dobila znak-naljepnicu koji traje tri godine, a nakon što istekne, prskalice će se morati podvrgnuti novom pregledu.
Abstract (english)
The Department of Agricultural Engineering and Renewable Energy Sources, respectively the 001-RH and 004-RH Testing units, in the business cooperation with Belje d.d., tested the sprayers at production unit "Brestovac-Karanac" (two John Deere sprayers and three Hardi sprayers). On all five tested sprayers, the installed nozzles correspond to the ISO standard and the achieved flow rate corresponds to EN 13790. When sprayers tested, the pumps have deviations within a permissible range of 10 %. The deviation is also defined in EN 13790, and pump capacity is measured by the electronic meter of "Krohne". Liquid area distribution is the most important test item, and is performed using the "Spray Scanner" device. Testing of surface distribution of fluid gives a final grade of quality of work based on the coefficient of variation results. The fluid distribution coefficient must be less than 20 % so that the sprayer meets the requirements of EN 13790. After completion of the tests it can be concluded that all five sprayers meet the criteria for correctness of plant protection systems and can serve as an example of good practice on Belje d.d. as before. Each sprayer has received a label sticker lasting three years, and after it expires, sprayers will have to undergo a new testing.
