Abstract
Rad opisuje tehničke i tehnološke uvijete za uzgoj stevije. Naime, stevija spada pod biljke tropsko suptropskog područja i prema tome ima određene zahtjeve prema nekim agroekološkim i agrotehničkim uvjetima. Promatranje je obavljano na OPG-u "Zvonko Hursa" u Donjoj Stubici. Optimalni temperaturni raspon za uzgoj Stevije iznosi od 15°C do 30°C, a najmanja apsolutna granica iznosi -3°C. Optimalna količina oborina za uzgoj stevije iznosi od 1.500 do 1.700 mm godišnje. Treba održavati intenzitet svjetlosti od 0.089 cal/cm2. Zahtjeva od 12 do 16 sati sunčeve svjetlosti. Stevija nema velike zahtjeve prema tlu, ali preferira pješčana, ilovasta i glinasta tla. Potrebno je u jesen ili rano proljeće obaviti oranje i to oranje na dubinu do 30 - 40 centimetara. Prije sadnje stevije na otvoreno potrebno je izraditi gredice širine 60 cm i visine 15 cm preko kojih se u kontinentalnim krajevima navlači crna PE folija, a ispod nje se polažu plastične cijevi za navodnjavanje kap po kap. Preporučuje se gnojidba od 20 do 40 t/ha stajnjaka i oko 63 kg/ha dušika, 23 kg fosfora, i 180 kg kalija, čistih hranjiva po hektaru. Stevia se može uzgajati iz sjemena ili iz reznica. Zbog plitkog korijena steviju treba pažljivo navodnjavati. Obično berba počinje 4 mjeseca nakon sadnje. Odmah nakon berbe biljka se mora osušiti.
Abstract (english)
The paper describes the technical and technological conditions for stevia breeding. Namely, stevia belongs to the plants of the tropical-subtropical area and therefore has certain requirements for some agroecological and agrotechnical conditions. The ob in Donja Stubica. The optimum temperature range for stevia cultivation is from 15 ° C to 30 ° C and the smallest absolute limit is -3°C. Stevia has no great demands on the soil, but prefers sandy, cheeky and clay soil. In the autumn or early spring, it is necessary to do plowing at depths up to 30 - 40 centimeters. Prior to planting the stevia, it is necessary to make 60cm widths and 15cm height, which overlap the black PE foil in continental areas, and underneath the plastic drainage pipes are laid. It is recommended to fertilize 20 to 40 t / ha manure and about 63 kg / ha nitrogen, 23 kg phosphorus, and 180 kg potassium, pure nutrients per hectare.
