Abstract
Cilj istraživanja bio je prikazati proizvodnju krmiva za hranidbu goveda na OPG-u Matej Kovaček iz Beketinaca. Istraživani OPG ostvaruje osrednje visoku razinu proizvodnje mlijeka (prosječno 21kg/dan/grlo), ali veću od nacionalnog prosjeka za simentalsku pasminu. Površina zemljišnih resura je nezadovoljavajuća, ali je, ipak dobro iskorištena. Najveći dio voluminoznih krmiva podmiruje iz vlastite proizvodnje (silaža cijele biljke kukuruza, sjenaža i sijeno talijanskog ljulja), dok manjak sjenaže i sjena nadoknađuje kupnjom. Od koncentriranih krmiva na gospodarstvu se koristi vlastito zrno kukuruza i kupovni koncentrat s 35% sirovih bjelančevina. Poboljšanje krmnog sustava vidi se uvođenjem lucerne u proizvodnju i hranidbu.
Abstract (english)
Aim of this research was to show the production of fodder for cattle feeding on the family farm Matej Kovaček from Beketinci. The investigated family farm achieves a moderately high level of milk production (in average 21 kg/day/head), but higher than the national average for the Simmental breed. The area of land resources is unsatisfactory, but it is still well used. Most of the consumed forages is from own production (silage of the whole corn plant, haylage and hay of the Italian ryegrass), while the lack of haylage and hay is compensated by the purchase. Of the concentrated feeds, the farm uses its own corn grain and purchased concentrate with 35% crude protein. The improvement of the fodder system is seen by the introduction of alfalfa into production and feeding.
