Abstract
Cilj ovog diplomskog rada bio je utvrditi bioraznolikost rodova i stupanj uznemirenja zajednice nematoda u nasadu pšenice i konsocijaciji pšenice i oraha na dva lokaliteta. Istraživanje je provedeno 2017. godine na dva lokaliteta, uzorci tla uzeti su sa dvije parcele svakog od lokaliteta, Đakovo pšenica i Đakovo trajni nasad oraha s usijanom kulturom pšenicom, te Ivankovo pšenica i Ivankovo trajni nasad oraha s usijanom kulturom pšenicom. Ukupno je utvrđeno 36 različitih rodova nematoda, broj rodova po uzorcima tla se kretao od 19 do 25. Najveći broj rodova je utvrđen u uzorku tla iz Đakova uzetom u konsocijaciji oraha i pšenice. Od trofičkih grupa najzastupljenije su bile fungivore i bakterivore, dok su se omnivore i predatori pojavljivali u malim brojevima. Rezultati indeksa uznemirenja MI i MI (2-5) najniži su na lokaciji Đakovo pšenica, što pokazuje kako je zajednica nematoda najuznemirenija na ovoj lokaciji. PPI indeks je na sva četiri ispitana uzorka tla bio podjednak zbog manje zastupljenosti parazita. PPI/MI nam pokazuje da je tlo na sve četiri lokacije uznemireno. Indeks hranidbenog lanca (EI) ima najveću vrijednost na lokaciji Đakovo pšenica, a najnižu na lokaciji Ivankovo pšenica. Indeks strukture tla (SI) je najviši na lokaciji Ivankovo pšenica, a najniži na lokaciji Đakovo pšenica. Indeks puteva razgradnje (CI) je samo na lokaciji Đakovo pšenica niži od 50%, što pokazuje da jedino na toj lokaciji tlo nije zakiseljeno.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this thesis was to determine the biodiversity of genera and the degree of disturbance of the nematode community in the wheat plantation and the consociation of wheat and walnuts in two localities. The survey was conducted in 2017 at two sites, soil samples were taken from two plots of each site, Đakovo wheat and Đakovo perennial walnut plantation with wheat, and Ivankovo wheat and Ivankovo perennial walnut plantation with wheat. A total of 36 different genera of nematodes were identified, the number of genera per soil sample ranged from 19 to 25. The largest number of genera was found in the soil sample from Đakovo taken in the consociation of walnuts and wheat. Of the trophic groups, fungi and bacterivore were the most common, while omnivores and predators appeared in small numbers. The results of the MI and MI (2-5) disturbance index are the lowest at the Đakovo wheat location, which shows that the nematode community is the most disturbed at this location. The PPI index was the same on all four examined soil samples due to the lower presence of parasites. PPI / MI shows us that the ground at all four locations is disturbed. The food chain index (EI) has the highest value at the location of Đakovo wheat, and the lowest at the location Ivankovo wheat. The index of soil structure (SI) is the highest at the location of Ivankovo wheat, and the lowest at the location of Đakovo wheat. The degradation path index (CI) is lower than 50% only at the Đakovo wheat location, which shows that only at that location the soil is not acidified.
