Abstract
Završni rad se temelji na analizi proizvodnje i uzgoja ozime pšenice na površinama OPG-a „Josip Andrišić“ koji se nalazi Općini Petrijevci, nedaleko od Osijeka, za vegetacijsku godinu 2020/21. OPG „Josip Andrišić“ obrađuje 55 ha zemlje. Uzgajane su 2 sorte pšenice „Kraljica“ te „Tika Taka„. U vegetacijskoj godini 2020/21. postojao je nedostatak oborina što je rezultiralo nižim prinosom od očekivanog, kao i smanjenim postotkom bjelančevina i vlage zrna. Na OPG-u „Josip Andrišić“ utvrđeno je da su sve agrotehničke mjere provedene ispravno i pravodobno.
Abstract (english)
The final work is based on the analysis of production and cultivation of winter wheat on the areas of the family farm "Josip Andrišić" located in the Municipality of Petrijevci, not far from Osijek, for the vegetation year 2020/21. Family farm "Josip Andrišić" cultivates 55 ha of land. Two varieties of wheat "Kraljica" and "Tika Taka" were grown. In the vegetation year 2020/21. there was a lack of precipitation which resulted in a lower yield than expected as well as a reduced percentage of protein and grain moisture. At the family farm "Josip Andrišić" it was determined that all agrotechnical measures were implemented correctly and on time
