Abstract
Danas, u vrijeme klimatskih promjena, gradovi sve više pažnje posvećuju arhitekturi i zelenoj infrastrukturi, kako bi se urbanizacijom i primjenom novih tehnologija osigurao što kvalitetniji život građana. U radu su prikazani elementi povijesnog razvoja grada i krajobrazne arhitekture, te su određena kritična mjesta gdje je izostala zelena osnova kao zaštita od tri važna elementa ugroze: intenzivne poljoprivrede koja okružuje grad, industrije i gustog prometa na koridorima prometnica koje prolaze gradom. Definirana je slika grada prema K.Lynchu i analizirano je šire područje uz definiciiju krajobraza prema Formanu i Godronu. Prikazan je Cradle to Cradle sustav obnove unutar moguće zelene gradnje i izrađena je matrica i prikaz krajobraza užeg područja grada s mogućim rješenjima proširenja potrebne zelene infrastrukture. Provedena anketa u kojoj je sudjelovalo 133 građana pokazala je visoku svijest građana o potrebi poboljšanja kvalitete života u gradu Osijeku uvođenjem zelene infrastrukture, reciklažom otpada i upotrebom alternativnih i obnovljivih izvora energije s ciljem oblikovanja grada Osijeka kao „Zelenog, pametnog grada“.
Abstract (english)
Nowadays, at the time of climate changes, the cities devote an increasing amount of attention to architecture and green infrastructure to provide for a high-quality citizens' existence by urbanization and new technology application. The paper depicts the elements of city's and landscape architecture's historical development, and the critical spots have been determined on which the green fundament have been lacking as a protection against three significant endangerment elements: intensive agriculture that surrounds the city, industry, and crowded transportation. The cityscape is defined according to Lynch and a broader area is analyzed, with a landscape definition according to Forman and Godron. A cradle-to-cradle reconstruction system is illustrated within a possible green construction and a matrix and depiction of a narrower municipal landscape are developed, with the possible solutions pertaining to the expansion of a necessary green infrastructure. The poll conducted, in which 133 citizens took part, has proven a high citizens' awareness concerning the quality of life improvement in the City of Osijek while introducing green infrastructure, recycling waste, and using the alternative and renewable energy sources, with an objective to form the City of Osijek as a "green, smart city."
