Abstract
Cilj ovoga rada je bio prikazati suvremenu tehnologiju intenzivnog uzgoja začinske paprike te mjere njege i zaštite usjeva na OPG-u Stjepana Marića u Soljanima. Stjepan Marić se bavi proizvodnjom začinske paprike više od 15 godina, gdje je cjelokupni proces proizvodnje olakšan zbog suvremenih uređaja i strojeva koji se primjenjuju u ovoj proizvodnji. Zbog postizanja visokih i stabilnih prinosa proizvodnja se isključivo odvija uz navodnjavanje kap po kap, gdje se precizno dozira određena... More količina do svake biljke. Ovakvim načinom navodnjavanja ne dolazi do stresa kod biljaka za razliku od drugih načina navodnjavanja gdje se voda raspršuje kapljicama po površini. Sve mjere njege, zaštite i agrotehnike se provode pravodobno i precizno. Začinska paprika se uzgaja na 1,5 – 2 ha ovisno o parceli na kojoj se nalazi. Nepovoljne temperature i velike količine oborina kao i pojava mrazeva u kasno proljeće produljuju rok sadnje a samim time uzrokuju i kasniju berbu paprika. Na ovakav način se može smanjiti prinos jer određeni dio plodova neće dozreti i ostati će neubran. Less
Abstract (english)
The aim of this paper was to present the modern technology of intensive cultivation of spicy paprika and measures od care and protection of crops on the family farm of Stjepan Marić in Soljani. Stjepan Marić has been producing spicy paprika for more than 15 years, where the entire production process has been facilitated due to modern devices and machines used in this production. Due to the achievement of high stable yields, the production takes place exclusively with drip irrigation,... More where certain amount is precisely dosed to each plant. This method of irrigation does not cause stress to plants, unlike others methods of irrigation where water is sprayed by droplets on the plant surface. All measures of care, protection and agrotechnics were carried out timely and precise manner. Spicy paprika are grown on 1.5 – 2 ha depending on the plot on which it is located. Unfavourable temperatures and large amounts of precipitation as well as the appearance of frosts in late spring prolong the planting period and thus cause a later harvest of paprika. In this way, the yield can be reduced because a certain part of the fruit will not ripen and will remain unharvested. Less
