Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu opisana je agrotehnika ječma na OPG-u „Pipek Matej“ za vegetacijsku godinu 2019.-2020. te su opisane vremenske prilike kroz jednu vegetacijsku godinu. Korišteni su podaci iz stručne literature, podaci Državnog hidrometeorološkog zavoda te podaci sa OPG-a. Uzgajao se ječam Barun, Poljoprivrednog instituta Osijek. Vegetacijska godina je bila vrlo zahtjevna za uzgoj ječma jer se dogodio manjak oborina od 148,6mm, a temperatura je bila 1,3°C veća od prosijeka. Topla jesen i početak zime stvorile su problem zbog toga što je ječam brzo rastao te gotovo ušao u fazu busanja, a proljetni manjak oborina je prouzročio otežanu prvu i drugu prihranu. Prinos je bio 7,2t/ha, što je zadovoljavajuće, ali ni blizu idealnog stoga zaključujemo da vegetacijska godina 2019.-2020. nije bila povoljna za proizvodnju ječma.
Abstract (english)
In this graduate thesis we described barley agrotehnics on family farm „Pipek Matej“ during 2019.-2020. and we described weather conditions for one vegetation year. We used data from State Hydrometeorological Institute, professional literature and data from family farm „Pipek Matej“. Vegetation year was very demanding for barley growth because we had 148,6 mm less precipitation and temperature was 1,3 °C above average. Warm fall and beginning of the winter has made problem for barley of moving to next phenophase. In the spring we got less precipitation then average and it became problem in first and second plant fertilization. The yield was 7.2 t / ha, protein content was 10%, hectolitre weight 72 kg / hl, and weight of 1000 grains 37 g, which is satisfactory, but not close to ideal, so we conclude that the vegetation year 2019-2020. it was favourable for barley production with a satisfactory yield.
