Abstract
Moderna rasadničarska praksa razvijenih članica Europske unije u proizvodnji sadnog materijala, temelji se dijelom ili u potpunosti na uporabi suvremenih biotehnoloških metoda (mikropropagacija, kultura tkiva in vitro). Imerzni sustav bioreaktora (TIB/TIS) koristi tekući hranjivi medij kojeg je moguće mijenjati u svakom trenutku. Istraživanje o mogućnosti mikropropagacije borovnice (Vaccinium corymbossum L.) u tekućem imerznom sustavu provedeno je na Fakultetu agrobiotehničkih znanosti u... More Osijeku, Katedra za voćarstvo, vinogradarstvo i vinarstvo (in vitro laboratorij za voćarstvo). Ispitivan je utjecaja određenih koncentracija citokinina zeatina (0.5, 1, 2 i 2* ml/l) na uspješnost mikropropagacije dva kultivara borovnice Duke i Legacy. Utvrđena je značajna varijabilnost između kultivara u odgovoru na primijenjene tretmane. Kod kultivara Duke tretman s 0.5 ml/l zeatina rezultirao je značajno većim izdancima, multiplikacijom i brojem listova. Manje koncentracije zeatina od 0.5 i 1 ml/l rezultirale su boljim morfološkim parametrima kod kultivara Legacy. Daljnja istraživanja potrebno je usmjeriti na ispitivanja učinka različitih frekvencija imerzije i ventilacije tijekom mikropropagacije borovnice u tekućem imerznom sustavu. Detaljnije pristupiti utvrđivanju djelotvornosti zeatina kroz analizu medija da bi se utvrdila postojanost koncentracije nakon autoklaviranja. Less

Modern fruit nursery practice of developed member states of the European Union in the production of planting material is based in part or in full use of modern biotechnological methods (micropropagation, tissue culture in vitro). Temporary Immersion System (TIB/TIS) uses a liquid nutrient medium that can be changed at any time. Study on the possibility of micropropagation blueberries (Vaccinium corymbossum L.) in liquid immersion system was conducted at the Faculty of Agrobiotechnical... More Sciences Osijek, Department of Pomology, Viticulture and Enology (in vitro pomology laboratory). The influence of certain concentrations of cyatokinin zeatin (0.5, 1, 2 and 2* ml/l) was examined in micropropagation of two blueberry cultivars Duke and Legacy. Significant variability between cultivars in response to applied treatments was found. Duke cultivar on treatment with 0.5 ml/l zeatin resulted in significantly greater shoots, multiplication and number of leaves. Lower zeatin concentrations of 0.5 and 1 ml/l resulted in better morphological parameters in Legacy cultivars. Further research should be focus on investigating the effect of different frequencies of immersion and ventilation during blueberry micropropagation in a liquid immersion system. A more detailed approach to determining the efficacy of zeatin through media analysis to determine the stability of the concentration after autoclaving. Less
