Abstract
Ovaj rad temelji se na istraživanju važnosti pravilnog odabira skidača viška sjemena kod podtlačne pneumatske sijaćice u procesu sjetve suncokreta. Analizom različitih položaja skidača, istraživanje pruža detaljni uvid u njihov utjecaj na raspored sjemena tijekom sjetve. Pokazalo se da različiti položaji skidača znatno utječu na prosječni razmak između sjetvenih zrna. Položaj skidača označen s "3,75" rezultira širim razmakom između sjemenki, dok su položaji "4,00", "4,25", "4,50" i "4,75" doveli do smanjenja prosječnog razmaka. Posebno je zanimljiv položaj skidača "4,75" koji pokazuje minimalno odstupanje od teorijski optimalnog razmaka, svega + 0,09 %. Osim toga, brzina rada sijaćice od 6 km/h igra ključnu ulogu u postizanju željenog razmaka između sjemenki. Istraživanje pruža dublji uvid u proces sjetve suncokreta koristeći sijaćice MaterMacc S.p.a. – Twin Row–2. Ova moderna poljoprivredna tehnološka oprema dizajnirana je za preciznu sjetvu sjemena, posebno suncokreta. Sijaćica je opremljena mehanizmom za uklanjanje viška sjemena, ključnim za postizanje željenog razmaka između sjemenki. Rezultati rada naglašavaju potrebu za pažljivim odabirom položaja skidača kako bi se optimizirala sjetva suncokreta, čime bi se unaprijedila produktivnost i kvaliteta poljoprivredne proizvodnje.
Abstract (english)
This paper is based on the research exploring the importance of selecting the excess seed remover in a vacuum pneumatic seed drill during the sunflower sowing process. Through the analysis of different stripper positions, the research provides a detailed insight into their influence on the arrangement of seeds during sowing. It has been shown that various positions of the stripper significantly affect the average spacing between the sown seeds. The position marked as "3.75" results in a wider spacing between the seeds, while the positions "4.00", "4.25", "4.50", and "4.75" lead to a reduction in the average spacing. Particularly interesting is the position "4.75" which demonstrates minimal deviation from the theoretically optimal spacing, only + 0.09%. Additionally, the operating speed of the seed drill at 6 km/h plays a crucial role in achieving the desired spacing between the seeds. The research provides a deeper understanding of the sunflower sowing process using the MaterMacc S.p.a. – Twin Row–2 seed drill. This modern agricultural equipment is designed for precise seed sowing, specifically for sunflowers. The seed drill is equipped with a mechanism for removing excess seeds, crucial for achieving the desired spacing between the seeds. The results emphasize the need for careful selection of the stripper position to optimize sunflower sowing, ultimately enhancing productivity and the quality of agricultural production.
