Abstract
U radu je prikazan značaj Poljoprivredno poduzetničkog inkubatora Drenovci za razvoj LAG-a Šumanovci. Na području LAG-a je velik broj udruga, obrta, zadruga, te razvojna agencija, a kao najveći potencijal je novootvoreni „Poljoprivredno poduzetnički inkubator Drenovci“. Ovaj poduzetnički inkubator izgrađen je i oprema se u okviru Operativnog programa regionalna konkurentnost-Shema dodjele bespovratnih sredstava za poslovnu infrastrukturu u ukupnoj vrijednosti od 12.464.719,29 kn od čega je 99% financirano iz sredstava EU. Projekt PPID sastoji se od izgradnje i opremanja objekta, jačanja profesionalne i stručne podrške poduzetništvu, te postavljanje dvije manje proizvođačke linije za preradu: a) proizvoda od žitarica i b) voća i povrća. Konačni cilj razvoja poduzetničke aktivnosti je otvaranje novih poslovnih objekata koji će dovesti do otvaranja novih radnih mjesta i smanjiti nezaposlenost. Stoga konačna realizacija projekta trebala bi generirati 4 nova mala-srednja poduzeća u kojima bi prema iskustvenoj procjeni trebalo biti zaposleno ukupno 14 novih radnih mjesta u razdoblju od 2. godina po završetku projekta.
Abstract (english)
This work paper presents the importance of agricultural business incubator in Drenovci, for developing LAG Šumanovci. In the area of the LAG is a large number of associations, crafts, cooperatives, development agencies, and as the biggest potential, the newly opened "Agricultural business incubator Drenovci". The business incubator was built and equipment as part of the Operational Programme Regional competitiveness-grant scheme for business infrastructure with a total value of £ 12,464,719.29, of which 99% was financed by the EU. PPID project implies arising of enterprises and innovations, strengthening the professional and technical support to entrepreneurship and setting up two smaller manufacturing processing lines: a) cereal products b) fruits and vegetables. The ultimate goal of enterpreneurial development is the creation of new office buildings that will lead to job creation and reduce unemployment. Therefore, the final realization of the project should generate 4 new small-medium enterprises in which, according to empirical assessment should be staffed by a total of 14 new jobs in the period of 2 years, after completing the project
